Playboy model deeply regrets making fun of a woman

A Playboy model photographed a chubby woman and made fun of her on the Internet. At 29 years old, Dani Mathers can be proud of the way she looks. But, in July, she pictured a naked woman and posted the pictured on a social media website, making fun of the way the woman looks. Now, she risks to stay behind the bars for 6 months, if she will be found guilty for publishing private images. Mathers, the 2015 Playmate of the year, met more lawyers in Santa Monica for a two hour discussions. The lawyers are expecting to have a hard mission in their attempt of saving their client from being punished.

The facts are clear and only an agreement between the parts could save Mathers, but this accord seems impossible at this moment. The photo made by the model in a gym hall from LA came with this message: ‘If I can’t ignore this, you can’t do it either’. The LA police identified the person in the picture and now, the prosecutors demand the punishment of the model for publishing private images. The Californian legislation stipulates that is forbidden to present the interior of a locker room, dressing room or of any other room in which a person has the right to privacy, with the intention of invading the private space of one or more persons that are in that space.

After the huge wave of received critics, Mathers made public excuses saying that she is very sorry for what she did and that she needs time to reflect on what she did and to understand why she did the horrible thing. As a result of the incident, Dani Mathers is interdicted to enter in any gym hall from LA and her presence in a radio show was suspended.
