Samsung still facing burning problems with latest product

The Samsung Group Company can face the situation of withdrawing from the market the new product of the company, Galaxy Note 7, a smartphone launched with only one month ago, according to CNN. A final decision regarding the actions that will be taken hasn’t been made yet, but Samsung analyses very seriously the possible withdraw of the Galaxy Note 7 smartphones from the market, after the media released a series of information about a problem that occurred at the phone’s battery.

More exactly, right before the launching date, on August 19, more cases in which the smartphone inflamed while charging were announced, and the problem seems to be at the battery. The number of the regarded smartphones is not known and the needed period of time necessary to withdraw the phones wasn’t specified either, but the South Korean press agency Yonhap announces that Samsung Electronics decided to delay the launching of the Galaxy Note 7 in France and in the United Kingdom. Samsung didn’t release any detailed commentaries about this situation, but it informs, through a public communicate, that the deliveries of the Galaxy Note 7 smartphones will suffer delays because of some supplementary quality tests, the results of the investigations following to be publicly presented in the shortest time possible.

Galaxy Note 7 is on the United States and Korean markets since August 19 and a phone costs more than $880. The existence of any quality problems at the Galaxy Note 7 could bring losses to the Samsung since the South-Korean group counts on its newest smartphone to keep the incomes and selling’s dynamic in the second half of this year. More, the Samsung decision of stopping the Galaxy Note 7 selling comes with one week before the new iPhone model of the American Apple rival to be presented.
