‘The Muppets’ Releases First Photo of Kermit With Denise
Kermit the Frog has moved on. Photos of the “Muppets” star with his new girlfriend, Denise, were released today. “The word is out: Kermit is seeing Denise,” read a tweet from the “Muppets” Twitter account. “We’re bracing for Miss Piggy’s forthcoming wrath.”
Kermit and Miss Piggy announced in August that they were ending their relationship. The two will, however, work together on the ABC series, “The Muppets,” which premieres Sept. 22.

“Our personal lives,” they said in a statement at the time, “are now distinct and separate, and we will be seeing other people, pigs, frogs, et al.”
Miss Piggy isn’t sitting around sulking, however. Just yesterday, Liam Hemsworth shared a photo of himself with her, calling Miss Piggy, “the most beautiful girl in the world.”
“Loved @LiamHemsworth, our latest guest coming to #TheMuppets,” she added on her Twitter page. “Although, I had to explain that hunger is NEVER a game!”
