Peyton Manning Reaches Milestone with 70,000 Passing Yards

With a 10-yard pass to Bronco’s receiver Emmanuel Sanders halfway through the second from last quarter in Thursday nights game at Arrowhead Stadium, Denver Broncos quarterback Peyton Manning reached yet another peak in his NFL career.

With the play, Manning the became second quarterback in NFL history to surpass 70,000. Currently Brett Favre holds the record with 71,838 career passing yards, which is another record Manning is expected to pass by the end of the season.

Miami Dolphins Hall of Fame quaterback Dan Marino is the only other NFL quarterback to surpass 60,000 passing yards in a career, with 61,361 career passing yards.
