The US elections: Hillary Clinton criticizes Trump for his comments on the Mosul city offensive

October 25, 2016 By James R

The democrat presidential candidate Hillary Clinton criticizes her republican rival at the White House, Donald Trump, for his comments about the offensive started on October 16 by the Iraqi and the Kurdish forces, supported by the USA, for gaining back the city of Mosul in the North of Iraq, from the hands of the Islamic State organization. ‘He practically declares defeated even before the battle have started’, said Mrs Clinton on the occasion of a campaign event in New Hampshire.’He shows to the world what it means to have an untrained commander-in-chief’, added the former state secretary. On Sunday, in a post on Twitter, Donald Trump wrote that ‘The attack on Mosul is turning out to be a total disaster.

We gave them months of notice. The U.S. is looking so dumb. VOTE TRUMP and win again!’ The Republicans candidate reiterated the position during a campaign meeting at St Augustine, Florida, where he urged the supporters to vote in advance and added that he will win the elections in November 8.’So now we are stumbled in Mosul. The enemy is much more powerful than they believed. They had a lot of time to prepare’, stated Trump talking about a ‘horrible situation’.

Trump suggested last week, during the last televised debate, that the American attack on Mosul was engineered to help Hillary Clinton in her attempt to reach the White House. With only two weeks before the elections, Hillary Clinton leads in the national polls in front of the New York billionaire. Both candidates focus now on a small number of American states that might decide the final result. Hillary Clinton leads in most of the states where Trump would need votes to have a chance to win the 270 votes in the Electoral Collage required to reach the White House.

It would be nice if he knew what the hell he’s talking about. His ignorance knows no bounds. Speaks like a child. My seven year old grandson has a better vocabulary.
